We only collect data that is strictly necessary to provide our high-end renovation services. This includes:

• Contact Data: Billing address, property address in the Netherlands, email address, and telephone numbers.
• Financial Data: Bank account details required for invoicing and payment processing.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser data collected via cookies to optimize our website experience.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly for operational and legal purposes, which include:

• Executing property inspections and generating detailed project quotations.
• Communicating on your behalf with Dutch municipalities for building permits (Omgevingsvergunning) and with your Homeowners Association (VvE).
• Managing the construction project, logistics, and post-completion warranties.
• Complying with Dutch tax regulations and financial reporting laws.

4. Disclosures of Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with carefully vetted third-party suppliers (such as custom kitchen manufacturers, structural engineers, or acoustic specialists) solely for the purpose of executing your project. All third parties are bound by strict data processing agreements.

5. Data Security & Retention

We have implemented robust security measures, including encryption and strict access controls, to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, altered, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary. By Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst), we are required to retain basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial, and Transaction Data) for seven years after they cease being customers.
